TheKChanelKollection does not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitation reasons. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. Cancellations will not be processed after your order is placed. If there are any issues with your order, please contact me via email. 

SHIPMENT & TRACKING

Please allow 1-2 business days to process orders before shipment. All items are shipped via USPS and takes about 2-4 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers are sent via email. Orders placed Friday-Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next business day then shipped. Excludes WIGS.  

*** DURING SALES, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery. Allow up to 8 business days before receiving your order!

PICK-UP OPTIONS

Pickup is an option for customers residing in the Richmond and Petersburg, Virginia area only. Same-day pickup ONLY applies to hair that is in stock! Please contact us for inventory details before placing an order if you wish to use the same day pick up option.  

         *If the hair you desire is not currently in inventory, pickup customers will go through the regular process (1-2 business day processing and 2-4 business day order preparation) and will be notified via e-mail once order is ready for pickup.  

        *If you wish to use either of these options (same-day or regular pickup), please email or text us before placing your order to discuss details that will avoid shipment costs.
